The meeting for the action plan of the Hericoast project was held last 18th September from 10 am to 14 pm at the headquarters of the Regional Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Castile and Leon and leaded by Arturo Balado from Patrimonio Inteligente Castilla y León S.L .
The aim of the meeting with the stakeholders of the HERICOAST project was to agree the action which is going to be implemented in the second phase of the project:
The creation of a brand of the Castile Waterway.
The creation of a common brand of the Castile Waterway is based on the good practice presented by the Molise Region the Dolphins Coast.
The stakeholders agreed the creation and registration of the brand of the Castile waterway taken the current logo used by the Consortium of the Castile Waterway with the moto “the water that binds us”. It was planned to update the logo current manual of style used by the Consortium and the elaboration of regulations with the conditions of use and control of the brand as well as the companies and entities that can adhere.The action will be supported by a media campaign in order to publicize it for the entities and SME linked to the Waterway.
The monitoring of the results will be carried out by comparing the number of visitors before the implementation of the action with the registered after the implementation registered in the tourist offices, visitor reception centers and some of the museums distributed by different points of the Castile Waterway.
