Four coastal municipalities (Tvedestrand, Arendal, Lindesnes, Farsund) and the neighbor county council (Aust-Agder County council) have been identified as key stakeholders in the project.
Representatives from these institutions have been invited to form a regional advisory group together with Vest-Agder County Council. The group will meet on a regular basis discussing the progress of the project.
On the 19 May 2016 they had their first meeting at Kristiansand and were informed on news of the project.
The head of department for regional development in Vest-Agder County Council Kenneth Andresen was constituted as the head of the group.
