On 9th December 2016 the Bulgarian regional multi-stakeholders group first meeting within Hocare project took place in the Laboratory for innovation in the Technical university in Varna. 24 experts from the EU Structural funds’ managing authorities, ICT business, academia, formal and informal home care providers, municipalities, governmental institutions and NGOs from the whole country discussed the unmet needs in the home care provision and formulated suggestions for improving the application of the quadruple helix approach towards developing innovations in the home care.
