The MOLOC partners initiatied the first step of the elaboration of their joint action plans. Energy Cities coordinates the elaboration of Joint Territorial Analysis Framework, due by the end of 2017. The Framework will be an internal tool for a low-carbon self-assessment by local authority représentatives.
The fives cities will explore the obstacles they face in the perspective of a low-carbon strategy. Focussing on obstacles will help the five cities to identify detailes challenges, paving the way of the low-carbon strategies as well as the most locally relevant levers for action. Elaborating the Framework will be the main focussing of the next two interregional meetings in Suceava and Hamburg. In the end, this Framework should provide clarity and help in developing the local action plans.
