Online activities are getting increasingly important in project implementation. The abrupt shift to virtual and online environments in 2020 might have taken some adjustment, but now is the time to take stock of the lessons learnt. What has worked, what has not? What could be useful also in the future?
On 30 September (9:30-12:30 CEST), we organised an online workshop for Interreg Europe projects to share and exchange their experiences. Representatives of different projects joined us to discuss how and in which situations going online adds value to project collaboration.
During this interactive session, Interreg Europe projects shared examples of how they have made use of online opportunities to enrich their project implementation. Participants also had a possibility to share their own experiences in small group discussions.
The agenda was built on inputs collected from projects. We discussed and shared experiences on:
- Online opportunities linked to study visits and stakeholder engagement
- Tools, methods and tips for other online activities (staff exchanges, trainings, workshops or events)
- When and how to leverage online activities in the future
Take part in the discussion and share your experience. Learn how to avoid the most common pitfalls. Let's co-create a set of tips and recommendations for making the most of online opportunities in the project context.
This online workshop was exclusively for Interreg Europe projects. Recording of the plenary sessions of the workshop is available below. However, most of the discussions and exchanges between project partners took place live during the meeting in small groups and were not recorded.
