The Policy Learning Platform is pleased to announce, yet another year, its active contribution to #EURegionsWeek with the organisation of an online interactive activity taking place on Tuesday, 13 October 2020 from 14:30-16:00 CEST.
Join us for a participatory lab on Reuse and Repair in a circular economy and learn more about reuse and repair initiatives and their impact on a circular and social economy.
Reuse and repair initiatives can be a cornerstone of the Green Deal. Various policy initiatives around Europe treat this subject from environmental, economic and societal perspectives.
The session is conceived as a participatory lab allowing interactive work and debate on key success factors for a wider deployment of:
- reuse and repair centres,
- social integration and social economy and
- digital tools for reuse and repair.
Join us and get insights into initiatives that give a second life to discarded furniture, electronic equipment, textiles and toys; and at the same time offer chances to people with difficulties and families in need.
The participatory lab will give you the opportunity to learn about successful policies and exchange with peers.
Stay tuned for updates and get ready to register and join us virtually (registration is open 27 August - 27 September!
