On 1 December, Urban Innovative Actions (UIA) and the Policy Learning Platform are coming together to host a joint webinar. From 14:00 to 16:00 PM CET you are invited to join us to learn more and ask your questions about behaviour change for sustainable mobility

Reducing the carbon emissions of European transport will require a shift to active transportation and low-carbon public transport, but getting people to break their habits and shift away from private vehicles remains a key challenge for policy-makers.

During the webinar, two cities of UIA present challenges and solutions that cities are facing when achieving behaviour change. In addition, two Interreg Europe project representatives will dive deeper into the solutions that are found in their projects to solve the faced challenges.

Here is what you can expect

Sophie Gillaerts from the City of Ghent (TMaaS project) and Maria Mourfoulaki from the Centre for Research and Technology, Hellas (e-smartec project) will focus their presentations on data and information provision

Anna Huttunen from the City of Lahti (CitiCAP project) and Kamila Dobek from the Adam Mickiewicz University Foundation, Poznan Science and Technology Park (PE4Trans project) will explore incentives for modal shift

Make sure to reserve your spot and let us know in advance if you have any specific questions.
