The company is struggling with marketing activities and with the creation of activities that will not include main experts (company owners) as facilitators.

The transfer possibilities of this good practice are broad. First, it shows that a social enterprise can provide advanced and expert services on the level commercial companies offer. Secondly, the lecturers are slowly recruiting from the target groups. Thus, they have personal experience and can pass it to the audience. And, from them, the audience accepts it easily due to personal experience. Both of these factors can be relatively easily transferred to other regions or countries.
