Transnational network of internationalization’s support for SME: matching and mentoring innovative

The main objective of the RYME + project is the development and revitalization of the productive structure of the Sudoe space thanks to increased competitiveness, resilience capacity, wealth creation and innovation and technological development of its SMEs, through its orientation to markets for the exchange of good practices, benchmarking and commercial relationship building. Thus, RYME + part of the results of its predecessor RYME (SUDOE 07-13), which developed and tested a methodology that proved effective for the internationalization of innovative companies of the Sudoe. To achieve the objective pursued, this methodology will be adapted for its implementation online through a powerful internationalization platform for SMEs of Sudoe that will allow the launch of an open call that will reach more than 7,000 companies from the participating regions (North and Central Portugal, Asturias and Murcia in Spain and ALPC in France), of which is expected to register 200 on the platform for the diagnosis of their capacity internationalization Of these, 100 will be selected for their commercial preparation and training, initiating matching and mentoring processes through innovative tools implemented in the platform that allows them to develop internationally. Once prepared, the 50 best positioned will be selected to participate in 5 international missions in which will find companies from the United States, Brazil and Uruguay, as well as a mission to benchmarking in Israel.

Speed-Meeting Tool, Matching Tool, Trade missions.

There are no differences in the platform between former Ryme companies and the new ones. There are too many countries in the country filter. Currently the main efforts are focus on making this process easier and lighter in order to increase the number of meetings and the contact between companies

RYME+ is the continuity of RYME, a successful project financed in the last Programme framework, INTERREG IV B SUDOE 2007-2013, which already involved 100 innovative companies in a transnational network, fostering their internationalization in different territories. During the coming three years, RYME+ partners will work in the adaptation of the methodology into an online platform, which will enable the participant companies to go through this process of capacitation for their internationalization in an autonomous way. At the end, companies will be ready for facing a matching process, encouraging collaboration and synergies among the participants, tutored and boosted by RYME+ partners and their regional internationalization supporting networks. Furthermore, the project will finance B2B trade mission to the target markets for those companies better fulfilling their internationalization preparation.
