This is a comprehensive corporate innovation model that encompasses the accumulated knowledge and experience in the development of MONDRAGON from the official opening of the first cooperative in 1956, through to the present day. This cooperative business model encourages participation and relationships between the agents involved in different areas, applying the three sides of the triangle of knowledge: Business, Research & Technology, and Higher Education.
The innovation model M4FUTURE is a corporate system for innovation, promotion and knowledge that consistently updates business models and promotes new activities in future sectors, like ageing and silver economy, among other.
Seven strategic areas have been identified for the future, one of these strategic areas is Healthcare, Ageing and Wellbeing, among other.

Moreover, all areas have the commitment to develop their activities around the same common denominators, providing, for instance, solutions to help people enjoy a more comfortable, safer daily life in their home, or transforming and creating spaces and infrastructures integrating the most advanced equipment and solutions.
