The 5th local stakeholders' group meeting of RegionArts organised by Molise was held on 05 October in the headquarters of the training and consulting company “Scuola d'Impresa”. The meeting moderated by Ms Patrizia Niro and Mr Celestino Manselli, respectively Project Manager and Technical expert, followed a blended format to comply with the safety measures related to Covid-19.

Of the 23 participants, a few of them were “newcomers”. Only discovering RegionArts after its co-active participation in “INGEGNARSI”, a dissemination event successfully realized last June to further promote RegionArts on the territory and to enlarge its network.

Besides the introduction of RegionArts to the new stakeholders, several topics were on the agenda such as the development of the Molise Regional Action Plan, the event 'ICT Meets the Arts' and potential good practices of Molise Region to be presented at European Level. The meeting served as a focal point to introduce the first activity of the Action Plan. In fact, in agreement with the policymaker (Molise Region, as Managing Authority of ROP ERDF/ESF 2014-2020), the evaluation grid of an already open call for proposals - “Master e Territorio” - has been integrated in order to reward Universities that will apply to the second deadline of the call (15th November 2020) including in their proposals aspects coherent with RegionArts’ objectives and themes. After a description of the main features of the call (e.g. eligible subjects, application procedure and limits, evaluation grid, etc.) the LSG has been invited to promote the call and the innovation that introduces in the “policy instrument” of reference (ROP ERDF/ESF 2014-2020) and to provide any other useful suggestion.

The complete Action Plan will be finalised by the end of the year and will include two other actions, one aimed at providing useful input for the programming of the new policy instrument (ROP ERDF/ESF 2021-2027) and another one aimed at repeating and consolidating the INGEGNARSI initiative.
