Friday 12 February 2021, from 11:00 to 12:00 CET, the Creative Business Network will host a “This Is CBN” webinar; Finland’s Creative Industries Roadmap: Why the Innovation Policy Approach works!.
In this webinar, they will examine how Finland is supporting the growth of creative industries by placing them as a top priority. They will discuss the measures taken by the country, as well as their reasons and expected consequences.
They will count on the participation of Petra Tarjanne, who currently works for the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment (MEE) as a Ministerial Adviser at Innovation Department on Intangible Value and Digital Transformation. Earlier she has been in charge of the Ministry’s Strategic Programme on Creative Economy (2008 – 2011) and The Government Programme on Intangible Value Creation (2011–2016).
