Porto Design Factory (PDF), unit of PORTIC - Porto Research, Technology & Innovation Center of the Polytechnic of Porto, organized on the 25th of May 2020, a meeting of the Local Stakeholders Group of the project. Due to COVID-19 safety restrictions, the meeting was hosted as an online event, counting 12 attendees.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the future action plan to foster the integration of Arts with Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to the promotion of innovation in SMEs of the northern region of Portugal.
A first draft of the plan and envisioned actions were presented to the Stakeholders, namely the link with the learning process and good practices identified in the context of the project that inspire the action plan development.
Although the interaction between participants is always different from a face-to-face event, the meeting allowed very important insights from the Key Stakeholders about the actions and activities presented. This interaction is fundamental to the collaborative process of the action plan’s development and implementation. In this context, it is important to highlight the participation of the Regional Authority responsible for the Policy Instrument, identified in the context of the project, which has also a major role in the validation and endorsement of the actions proposed for the action plan.
Afterwards, bilateral meetings were scheduled with key Stakeholders to discuss specific actions and the expected activities.
