The City of Šibenik held the first meeting of stakeholders on 8 May 2017. Attendees included representatives from the town's Ministry of Culture, local cultural heritage sites, the museum, city and country tourism promotion boards, the local Polytechnic, the society of architects, the association of tourist guides, and others with an interest in the city's quality of life.
The agenda included explaining the project and the important role that stakeholders play in its success.
