SHARE has been identified as a relevant initiative for the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018. Throughout 2018, people across Europe will celebrate our diverse cultural heritage - at EU, national, regional and local level. The aim of the European Year of Cultural Heritage is to encourage more people to discover and engage with Europe's cultural heritage, and to reinforce a sense of belonging to a common European space. The slogan for the year is: Our heritage: where the past meets the future.
SHARE focuses on sustainable management of tangibile and intangible cultural heritage and all SHARE events organized during 2018 will be in the frame of EYCH.
