The Umbria stakeholders - representatives from the regional government and the municipalities of Città di Castello, Foligno, Perugia and Spoleto - met for a morning of walking and brainstorming. The format, a trial of a relaxed format intended to stimulate creativity, took the group around the historic centre of Foligno, with stops to discuss aspects of the LAP and the implementation of its suggestions in Phase 2.
One of the LAP proposals is to establish communications channels enabling colleagues in different municipalities to discuss common problems and seek joint solutions, so the meeting also served to test an informal meeting of peers.
