Project partners met in Plasencia (Spain) on 20 and 21 November, hosted by the Region of Extremadura. The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the state of implementation of the local Action Plans. Other topics included examining the budget and expenses, 
preparing for the next annual report and looking ahead to the final dissemination event in 2020.
The organisers arranged study visits to the towns of Hervás, where local associations have created an autumn event series to encourage off-season tourism flows, and Yuste, where a foundation promotes cultural itineraries.
The group also toured three examples of how historic buildings have been preserved through re-purposing: one hosting the town's cultural centre, one by the Regional government, and one as part of a national network of hotels in monumental structures.
