The actions in the regional action plan in Southeast Sweden is setting footprints in the local energy efficiency work. During last year the company invested in not only in maintenance of the buildings and improvements of outdoor environment, but also in photovoltaic systems and in energy efficiency. “The public housing company in Mönsterås will now intensify its investment in energy efficiency for the next years”, says the managing director Armin Avdic and the Chairman of the Board in the annual account report.
Mönsterås municipality was the pilot municipality to develop a procurement template for energy data collection which we now are spreading to the other municipalities in the region.
“This goes very well in line with our action plan to improve the energy data collection and to increase investments in energy efficiency” says Tommy Lindström, project manager at Energy Agency for Southeast Sweden.
