During the European Week of Regions and Cities 2016, a representatives of the SYMBI Project steering group took an active part in the workshop called “Pathways to a circular economy in cities and regions”. This event was co-organised by Interreg Europe, in collaboration with ESPON, INTERACT and URBACT, by a circular economy task force composed of experts and staff from the four secretariats. The objective of the task force has been to gather knowledge, practices and evidence on how urban and regional policymakers and practitioners can promote circular economy in their local contexts.
