The first Public Consultation Meeting in Andalucia took place in april 2018, the 23th aimed to start drafting the Action Plan.
Previous this meeting, participants answered an on-line questionnaire based on the project methodology, a total of 94 answers were received from regional stakeholders. Taking into account these answers a total of 4 new questionnaires were design to use them in the first public consultation meeting.
32 people worked in the 1st Public Consultation Meeting. It was developed with “Working Tables”. A work table for each of the topics covered, in addition the participants were divided into four groups. All the groups of participants worked in the 4 thematic tables. This methodology facilitated the exchange of opinions and experiences. The atmosphere was relaxed and very participative. The participants valued the importance of sharing experience. More than 40 suggestions, in order to promote the industrial symbiosis and circular economy, were collected from stakeholders and are documented in the 1st Public Meeting Report.
