Last week the leader of Birmingham City Coucil, Councillor Ian Ward, attended the Eurocities conference in Slovenia focusing on the circular economy. Ian chaired one of the sessions (Circular Growth) and presented the TRIS project. During the presentation Ian discussed the very strong circular economy link related to the TRIS project and the benefits the project brings to our regional economies.
The full-day TRIS event comprised 3 sessions, of which the middle session was promoted as an EURegions and Cities workshop event.
