The Circular Economy European Summit on the 15 – 17 November in Barcelona, brought together global industry experts and professionals from different backgrounds, for keynotes, panel sessions and stakeholder dialogues delivering much needed constructive discussion and provocative debate.
The event seeks to boost dialogue between citizens, government and the private sector, choosing the key and most innovative experts of the sector. CEES also aims to catalyze the transition towards the creation of urban circular systems that regenerate the economy, ecology and people's wealth.
Industrial Symbiosis Director Rachel Lombardi presented at this event and focused on the relationship between industries, cities and the circular economy. This platform serves as an opportunity to educate various European stakeholders on the importance of the implementation of Industrial Symbiosis from a cities perspective.
