In order to implement the Action Plan “Mare Ghiotto”, some meetings took place in the past weeks: a Kick-off meeting with Slow Food and with a Local Expert Coordinator and Internal meetings December between Slow Food and the Local Expert Coordinator in order to Identify the first actions, Prepare a mapping, recover data and analysis of the products, events and subjects on the territory.
Also territorial meetings between Slow Food and local network of the so called “condotte” took place, in order to:
A) Identify sea and fishing themed Events of the various territorial areas
B) Identify macro Projects within Slow Food network (Presidi, Communities and markets)
C) Identify fishing realities among cooperatives, fishing tourism, fish farming
