The third Balearic Islands Stakeholders meeting took place on the 30th April, 2019 with representatives from the business sector, tourism SMEs, local entities and the university. The Action Plan will also be included in AETIB 2020 Tourism Action Plan and accordingly, it has to be approved by the Management Board. It will also affect the Baleares OP ERDF 14-20. He also explained that the GPs finally selected must comply with the following criteria: be feasible and achievable, be interesting & suitable for the Balearic Islands, be demanded by the tourist sector, be economically sustainable and viable after the implementation, it has to involve the maximum number of tourism stakeholders and it has to increase the competitiveness of the SMEs.
