Interreg Europe funded CLEAN project entered in the 2nd phase of the project while the COVID-19 crisis starts changing everything.
This week we talked to Aino Heikura from the Regional Council of North Karelia (Finland) about their participation in the CLEAN project. Getting the status of a Carbon Neutral Region, HINKU Region status, has been one of the main aims of the North Karelia Regional Action Plan at the CLEAN project.
In the coming years, Regional Council of North Karelia still aims to continue reducing their greenhouse gas emissions.
