On November 8, Interreg Europe funded CLEAN project lead partner the ERNACT network hosted the Final Conference of the partnership on 'Technologies and Open innovation for low-carbon regions'.
The Final Conference brought into the spotlight a number of key topics that have been addressed during the lifetime of the project:
- Towards low carbon regions: case studies from North Karelia (Finland), Crete (Greece) and Normandy (France).
- Open innovation for greener public buildings: good practices from the city of San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain), Iasi Municipality (Romania), Campania region (Italy), Västernorrland Region (Sweden) and Velenje (Slovenia).
During the event experts and partners showed how project partner regions work together between 2017-2021 to improve the capacity of their policy instruments to increase energy efficiency.
