CLEAN project partners celebrated the 1st Interregional Seminar focused on facilitating the exchange of experience and knowledge. This week we will get in touch with Martina Di Costanzo from ANEA, Agenzia Napoletana Energia e Ambiente (Italy). She will tells us more about the findings and results of the recently concluded COVID-19 Regional Context Assessment on measures addressing the energy efficiency, and some successful COVID-19 good practices package production.

According to our Italian partner, COVID-19 pandemic had lots of the repercussions on the Italian economy. In March 2020, with the 1st Mobility restrictions in National level and soon with the closure of industries. In May 2020 the Italian Government issued urgent legislation to assist with the recovery of the Italian economy, following the unprecedented shock of the covid-19 pandemic.

Among many other measures, legislation called “Relaunch Decree” (Decreto rilancio) introduced new tax credits for improvements to Italian properties. These tax credits, called “Superbonus” are intended to cover 110% of the costs of energy efficiency and structural seismic improvements of Italian properties, help with the recovery of the economy and in the process, ensuring tax compliance in the local building industry.

During these challenging time ANEA had organized a digital event called ‘Superbonus digital edition’, several training courses, workshop, technical contact assistance to provide up-to-date information about the economic measures, in particular “Superbonus 110%”, taken to deal with the COVID-19, and to offer support and assistance to condominium, citizens, companies, professionals, public administrations.

From 24th to 26th of March ANEA will participate on the 13th edition of EnergyMed event, the Exhibition and Conference on Energy Transition and the Circular Economy and ANEA will continue the dissemination of the “Superbonus”.
