The last Regional Stakeholder Group meeting of the Romanian partner was held on 18th of January, 2023, in the "Constantin Găvenea" hall of the Delta Hotel, Tulcea, Romania.

The event was organized and hosted by Danube Delta National Institute for Research and Development (DDNI) – Tulcea as Delta Lady Interreg Europe project partner. A total of 23 persons has attended the meeting. This working group of regional stakeholders brought together representatives of the South East Regional Development Agency, Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve Administration, of local town halls and researchers of the Danube Delta National Institute and Eco-Museum Research Institute.

The project manager, Jenică Hanganu presented Summary of the progress of the Delta Lady project activities as well as envisioned actions to be included in Danube Delta Management Plan 2023 - Shifts in the way natural resources are exploited – the case of Reed.

Madalina Sbarcea, co-manager of the project has presented the results of the approved Action Plan: Integrating environmental-friendly and local specificity elements in tourism infrastructure and associated activities development (Guide & Consultancy).

 The participants discussed on the Guide & Consultancy brochure and concluded that The Guide will contribute to more “Green” and culturally appropriate investments to be funded through ROP. The document will be included as an Appendix to the ROP Applicant’s Guide.
