The DDNI organized the 3rd meeting of the regional stakeholders group in Tulcea, Romania, on November 20, 2019, where the exchange of experiences between project partners and stakeholders took place. The 3rd RSG Meeting was attended by representatives of the South East Regional Development Agency, Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve Authority, the National Association of Rural Ecological and Cultural Tourism and scientific researchers with various backgrounds from the Danube Delta National Institute.
The main theme of the debate was the Action Plan to be developed within the project in support of regional development policies and instruments for the Danube Delta area. The participants discussed best practices in sustainable valorization of natural and cultural heritage in river deltas, in the context of an interregional learning process that will support the Action Plan for each participating delta region.
