At the 1st Workshop of Regional Stakeholders 13 people were present; most of them were from the municipalities of Gorenjska region, then Mr. Darko Trajanov from the Ministry of Infrastructure, participants from the tourism company, energy company, bus company, and motor vehicle company.
The Workshop started with the introduction of e-MOPOLI project then Mr. Darko Trajanov from the Ministry of Infrastructure presented the Action Plan for the introduction of mobility to alternative sources of fuels and explanted the main objectives of the document: reducing the number of vehicles on fossil fuels, banning certain newly registered vehicles and adequate charging infrastructures for e-vehicles.
After the presentation the situation in the field of mobility on alternative sources of fuel was presented, where the focus was on e-mobility and goals for 2020. The next topic was “The main barriers and risks in spreading e-mobility to alternative sources of fuel”, which are: the price, options for car charging at home, mileage capability with one charge, charging options at longer distances and prices when travelling abroad, waiting times, models, car service and battery degradation. The debate continued with “Successful examples of introducing innovations and new competitive business models for e-mobility (e-vehicle fleets in public organizations)”, “Consideration of proposals for the promotion and positive/negative aspects of existing policy” and “Existing opportunities or positive factors to promote e-mobility”.
At the meeting was also presented Eco Fund Call for proposals for the financing of e-vehicles and hybrid vehicles, e-charging stations and technical vehicles. At the end we presented the e-MOPOLI Advisory Package for Financial Plans, where we offer an advisory measure to the municipalities that need financial plan.
