Joint Research Centre and Pavol Jozef Šafárik University organised workshop "Technology Transfer and Innovation Ecosystems". Representative of ELISE was invited to give a talk about innovation ecosystems and how can policies support its development. Heated discussion with representatives of JRC started during the presentation of results of constraint analysis of the ELISE - mainly position of technology transfer in innovation value chain and in which point of technology readiness level should policy makers enter the process.
