The Business Development Centre of North Denmark has presented the project FFWD EUROPE to its stakeholders.
The main focus was on the Norman accelerator FFWD Normandie, followed by a debate about the good practice that can be used in the regional context of North Denmark. It appears that the key aspect of the debate was motivation: whether it was the funding, the eco-system (business environment) or whether it was the final pitch event enabling access to funding that motivated start-ups to join the programme.
For the Business Development Centre, the final pitch event in FFWD Normandie that they have attended was very inspiring, even they felt that a certain amount of capital was needed in order to attract the best start-ups, and that only the best start-ups would be able to attract a certain amount of investors.
