The ADITECH online consultation process started last 15th March, together with the last Regional Stakeholder Meeting. It consisted on:
- Press release with the information related to the launching of the Action Plan (https://navarracapital.es/mas-colaboracion-y-eficiencia-para-la-comunidad-cientifico-tecnologica-de-navarra/).
- Publication in ADItech webpage (http://aditechcorp.com/aditech-coordinara-la-utilizacion-colaborativa-de-las-infraestructuras-de-investigacion-en-navarra/).
- Publication of the R&D infrastructure management call (Government of Navarre funding) (https://bit.ly/2MGU7Eu).
- In the Action Plan (SIESS) webpage, a specific email for public consultation was enabled ([email protected]). Here all citizens and/or users can submit their doubts and concerns.
Additionally, we had a second face-to-face phase:
- 1 working meeting to analyze the roadmap together with the Government of Navarre and the local stakeholders.
- 1 working meeting where a survey was performed to those stakeholders and users selected by the Government.
After that, all this information was collected and it was being currently analyzed by my colleague Maria, as you know responsible of SIESS coordination, to elaborated a detailed report.
