The introduction of Invasive Alien Species (IAS) is one of the targets of EU policies that implies an active role of the Regions in the monitoring, control and management of IAS.
In this context, on 29th November 2018, the Lombardy Foundation for the Environment (FLA) in the premises of the Regional Government Headquarters hosted the first Italian regional meeting with Regional and National Institutions to present the European project INTERREG INVALIS.
The invited stakeholders were informed about the INVALIS objectives and they were actively involved in the process of exchanging experiences, describing their projects/actions concerning Invasive Alien Species.
