On the 16th of June, the Marshal Office of Świętokrzyskie Region in Kielce, partner of the project KEEP ON, participated on the meeting "The Importance of Interreg Programmes in the development of Eastern Poland regions”, organized by East Poland House in Brussels, which is a joint representation of five voivodeships of Eastern Poland along with a part of the sixth voivodeship i.e. Mazovia - in Belgium.
Among the invited guests and speakers were representatives of both the European Commission and the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, as well as local government officials. The Świętokrzyskie region was represented by Mr Andrzej Bętkowski – Marshal of Świętokrzyskie Region and Mrs. Anna Kucharczyk – Deputy Director of Investment and Development Department in Marshal Office in Kielce who took part in the panels, discussions and presented the experience of świętokrzyskie region in implementing Interreg projects on the example of the "KEEP ON" project.
