In January 2020 the Southern Regional Assembly hosted all MATCH-UP project partners for an intense 3-days of site and study visits. Partners had the possibility to explore local Multi Modal Sustainable Transport Good Practices travelling from Dublin to Waterford and Cork in Ireland’s – Emerald Isle.
This visit was an opportunity to share Ireland’s good practices for various mean of sustainable transport, bike sharing, strategies on improving connectivity among train, tram, buses, and bikes, the Green Schools Travel programme, Cork Transport Mobility Forum and many more practices that have been shared and showed to MATCH-UP project partners that will take a while to digest such an enormous amount of information!
In the meanwhile, Southern Regional Assembly produced a video to summarise the visit. Thanks to them we are able to share those with all interested public, enjoy!
