The fourth release of the Regions 4Food newsletter contains a selection of news summarizing what has happened during the last six months, considering the COVID-19 pandemic breakout that has been affecting the world since the very beginning of the year.
Companies and organizations had to stop and rethink all activities considering social distancing rules and the impossibility to travel, and so did project partners.
During this semester Regions 4Food partners were supposed to join the last stop of the Study Visits journey, in Hungary, but it will take place in an online mode, and we will tell you about this later on. Hungarian partners (STRIA), by the way, have just organized their first dissemination online event.
We will also discover two success stories arisen by exchange project activities among some of our partners' stakeholders.
This special edition of Regions 4Food newsletter will also host the first release of the Traceability and Big Data S3 Partnership newsletter, since the thematic partnership is active in the same fields of activities as the Regions 4Food project: it aims at encouraging, motivating and facilitating the incorporation of necessary digital technologies and data application in agri-food sector value chains.
