The Interreg Europe programme has put Croatia in the spotlight this week, to mark the country’s first Presidency of the EU Council. Croatia is the programme’s the newest member, and an active one at that, with Croatian partners participating in 29 projects.
SHARE is happy to be on that list. Project partner City of Šibenik, on the Dalmatian coast, is a small city with a wealth of cultural heritage monuments in its historic centre, including two sites recognised as UNESCO world heritage.
Šibenik hosted an interregional exchange meeting and study visit, submitted its St. Michael’s Fortress requalification as a good practice, and is already working to implement the policy changes proposed in its LAP.
