On January 21-23 SHREC project representatives attended an interactive 3-day Interreg Europe seminar in Budapest where we could hear many recommendations and learn more about reporting finance, activities, project results and communication.
It‘s very important and at the same time challenging to know the ways of successful project implementation. SHREC project representattives participated in the seminars and got a very good opportunity to have informative discussions with other project members about financial management, reporting on activities, telling stories, how to use media relations for the better project communication which could easily touch businesses and households with messages about investment in low-carbon, renewable energy.
It was a productive time with many different tips from lead partners, finance managers and communication managers. All participants had shared their experiences and ideas and have a time to get individual recommendations from experts.
