The eBussed Final Dissemination event occurred in Livorno, Italy, with the aim of providing an overview of the progress made in the action plan across the eBussed regions and enabling participants to visit sustainable mobility locations in the Tuscany region.
During the event, the regions showcased the outcomes of the project and the advancements made in the action plan. Additionally, the project officer highlighted the project's achievements. The exchange of international experiences effectively supported the ongoing processes related to technology, public procurement, and fostering a shift in attitudes.
Furthermore, a project closure offers valuable insights into best practices in local electric bus transportation. Although the Tuscan public transport operator, Autolinee Toscane, has yet to commence the conversion of its diesel fleet to electric, it shared several crucial considerations to ponder before embarking on such a transition during the presentation held at its Florence site.
