On June 10th, the ECoC-SME project had our last event of phase I.

The open seminar was held virtually from our partner in Kaunas, Lithuania. Representatives from the JRC, OECD, and cities across Europe met to discuss the importance of cross-sectoral and inter-regional cooperation for Pandemic resilience and European Capital of Culture.
