In a workshop in Lisbon the European projects QUANTUM and EMPOWER joined forces to reduce energy consumption in buildings.
While QUANTUM is developing ICT solutions and services to reduce the gap between intended and actual performance of buildings, EMPOWER brings together municipalities from all over Europe to learn about solutions and successful implementation and to exchange experiences.
QUANTUM coordinator Dr. Stefan Plesser presented the concept of Technical Monitoring according to AMEV recommendation 135 and demonstrated the application of the synavision performance test bench.
