Their action of Energy Agency for Southeast Sweden Regional Action Plan will demonstrate the methodology on how to collect energy performance data in buildings in order to give a good overview of the energy and water consumption. They will also demonstrate how to visualize the monitored energy data in a useful way targeting different users, such as building management, financial department and decision makers.
There is a rather small market for building energy performance systems, so during 2020 they have identified good regional practice. Now, one municipality will procure a complete system which not only overviews the consumption but will also give the opportunity to control the settings. These functions have been separated of tradition but once the system is implemented it will be a role model for other municipalities to follow.
