On the premises of the Ministry of the Environment, was held as part of a regular meeting of the working group of representatives of regional authorities "Regions and IPPC" - the aim was to get the opinion of other stakeholders, from a different perspective, whether they meet with EMAS and whether they appear as beneficial for the IPPC award decision. It seems to be very difficult to convince the regional officers to implement the EMAS regularoty relief into the IPPC process.
