The fourth stakeholder meeting was held in three consecutive meetings with various stakeholders to discuss the details of the measures proposed in Estonian towards EMAS Action Plan and the details of the action plan. The meetings took place as follows:
25 September 2018 at 10.30-11.30 in SEI Tallinn’s office Erika 14
The meeting was held between the project team of SEI Tallinn and the chair of board of Estonian Association of Environmental Management (EKJA) to discuss the results of the 3rd stakeholder meeting held on 23 May 2018, where the selected measures were discussed with the wider range of stakeholders. The final selection of the measures from the business point of view was done.
29 October 2018 at 14.00-16.00 in SEI Tallinn’s office Erika 14
The meeting was held between the project team of SEI Tallinn and the board of EKJA to discuss the details of the action plan from the business point of view.
13 November 2018 at 10.00-12.00 in the Ministry of the Environment office Narva mnt 7a
The meeting was held between the project team of SEI Tallinn and the representatives of the Ministry of the Environment to make the final choice, which measures will be included in the action plan. Furthermore, the details of the action plan were discussed: sub-actions under each action, time plan, costs, which other stakeholders need to be involved, funding sources and communication plans.
