Autonomous region Friuli Venezia Giulia has approved the GPP-Stream Action Plan with three strategic actions to ensure the spread and consolidation of Green Public Procurement: mapping of environmental certifications, the creation of a digital forum and the organization of a public-private working table.
Objectives involve adopting the minimal environmental criteria by entities and companies that will participate in public tenders, facilitating the participation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, using tenders to promote innovations and emphasizing social and environmental sustainability criteria.
The planned actions will be implemented by the Central Directorate for environmental protection, energy and sustainable development, along with other entities.
