This line from the famous poem by C.P. Cavafy has been the theme of the ITHACA project. Now is the time to reflect on the journey, that has been full of shared experiences, collaboration and valuable lessons.

As lead partner of the Interreg Europe project ITHACA, the region of Noord-Brabant is looking forward to meeting everybody online during this livestream. The region has invited representatives of all stakeholder organisations involved. Also, delegates of the Interreg Europe Programme and other departments of the European Commission will participate.
ITHACA’s Final Conference will be livestreamed on Tuesday 21 September 2021, 14.00 - 16.30 CET.
The topics of the day are Policy Innovation, Ecosystems, (digital) Innovations in Health and Care, Inspiring (user-driven) innovations for Active and Healthy Ageing, Public-private regional partnerships for scaling up innovation (ecosystems) and Sustaining the peer learning partnership.
Professor Jutta Treviranus from the Inclusive Design Research Centre & Inclusive Design Institute of OCAD University in Toronto is the international keynote speaker and will talk about Inclusive Design for Transformation & Scaling of Active and Healthy Ageing.
