In Liverpool, the second stakeholder meeting took place on the 7th of February 2018. The meeting consisted of gathering the 58 survey responses analysed by the University of Ljubljana and discussing the key results with participants. The Liverpool City Region Smart Health and Care Ecosystem Workshop involved 35 participants coming from diverse stakeholder organisations, that included policy makers, enterprises, health and care service commissioners and providers, academics and researchers. The results were then presented to all participants. The meeting also included workshop sessions, which focused on four of the main ITHACA themes. The workshop concluded with a plenary session where it was discussed, how the stakeholders could improve an ecosystem for smart health and care, an innovation cycle, policy for smart health and care and learning.
