Budapest (Hungary) welcomed the Interreg 4th call projects from 21-23 of January 2020. Representatives of more than 70 Interreg Europe programmes came together for a finance, activity reporting and communication seminars. MOMAr´s lead partner, Provincial Government of Zaragoza, sent their representatives Mª Carmen Gracia, head of the Culture Service, and Lorena Laga, chief administrative section of Culture, to assist to the seminars. 


The first seminar on finance covered information and updates on financial reporting and control procedures as well as the requirements of the management of Interreg Europe programmes. This seminar gave the opportunity to our lead partner to discuss topics with the joint secretariat, the main responsible for the everyday management of the Interreg Europe programmes. 

The second seminar on activities focused on results and activity reporting, both theory and practice in addition to learn about the expectations and requirements related to reporting of project activities, best practices and results. Lead partners shared useful tips and practical advice to all the participants. 


The last seminar on communication provided guidance on the Interreg Europe publicity requirements, also advice and tips for making project communication activities both effective and attractive. 

Finance, activity reporting and communication seminars were a great help for our Lead Partner to start MOMAr´s project with a solid step, all the information learned in the seminars can be found attached in our Library
