The scheme is a collaboration between the Governor in Møre og Romsdal and Møre og Romsdal County Municipality at the entrepreneur service hoppid.no.
hoppid.no has an office for every municipality in the county, with a hoppid.no contact who advises those who want to start a business.
The application to the “Farm as a resource” must be prepared together with the hoppid.no contact and the agricultural contact in the municipality.
